In detail
DTF Mygrafistas sells DTF transfers to brands, print shops and resellers across Europe. At its heart is a custom gang sheet builder we wrote from scratch as a WordPress plugin, along with a European VAT plugin and a desktop production app.
Custom gang sheet builder
Customers upload as many designs as they want, set size and quantity or pick a preset (neck label, hat, pocket, front, bag, back). The builder lays them out automatically on the 570 mm roll with a 5 mm gap, rotates them where needed and shows length, price per meter and total live, highlighting the tier the customer reaches.

- Automatic trimming of empty space around each PNG, so the size the customer enters is the size of the design.
- Resolution (DPI) detection with a low-quality warning.
- A 4-step guide and a guided tour inside the builder.
Any file, ready to print
If the customer uploads a JPG, WebP, SVG or PDF, an in-browser converter (with pdf.js) converts it and removes the background. There is a tolerance slider and a checkerboard preview. Files without transparency get a warning.

The right price, the right VAT
- The price is recalculated on the server at checkout, with a 1 meter minimum. Long sheets are split into equal pieces of about 3 meters.
- European VAT: a business option, VAT number check in VIES, 0% with reverse charge for businesses outside Greece, and a new check when the shipping country changes.
- Real-time FedEx shipping rates.
Customers who come back
- “My files”: a library of each customer’s designs, ready to reorder, with saved carts and emails before files are deleted.
- Marketing engine: abandoned carts, popups, exit intent and a “Scratch & Win” welcome offer. It later became our own ERP Marketing plugin.
- 6 languages (English, Greek, German, Italian, Spanish, Swedish), with the first visit opening in the language of the visitor’s country.
- A review filter and a page with a video order guide.

Production with no downloads
In the admin, orders move through a drag & drop pipeline. For printing we wrote a Python desktop app that reads the order ZIP and builds the 300 DPI print file locally. That way a ~100 MB file for an 11-meter sheet never has to be downloaded from the server, and designs under 150 DPI are flagged.
