In detail

customgifts.gr sells printed bags, stickers, cards, clothing and gifts to individuals and businesses. In October 2026 we rebuilt it from scratch on our own ERP Theme with the ERP Commerce, ERP SEO, ERP Assistant and ERP Marketing plugins, with no page builders or heavy plugins.

Tiered pricing engine

Each product has one or more quantity price lists, with and without VAT. The tier is based on the total quantity of the same product in the cart, and the active tier lights up live as the customer changes quantities.

Color × size grid

Instead of dozens of separate dropdowns, the customer types quantities straight into a color × size grid with totals per row. One click adds every variant to the cart, grouped in the cart, the order and the emails.

Step-by-step configurator

Print position with an extra charge per position (heart, chest, back).
Design: “I have a design” with a file upload, or “I don’t have a design” with a brief for the designer.
Add-ons with images, options, text and files, charged per order or per item, with display rules.
If the customer has several designs, the order becomes a quote request with its own “Awaiting price” status.

Assistants that close sales

Guided tour assistant: a small character walks the customer through 5 steps on the real product page and offers order tracking.
“How to order” video in a popup below the photos, recorded automatically with Playwright and edited in Remotion.

Order first, pay later

Print jobs often need design approval before payment, so we built a 4-step checkout where the order is placed first and paid afterwards. Unpaid orders are never canceled, the payment link never expires, and the customer can upload a bank transfer receipt without an account. Businesses go through a VAT number check in VIES, and shipments have ELTA tracking.

Cost per product and variant, saved on every order, with a dashboard for profit, margin and average order value, plus CSV export.
Review filter: 4–5★ go to Google, 1–3★ become private feedback to the owner.

We removed Rank Math, Production MG, ACF, HubSpot, RabbitLoader, Relevanssi and other plugins. Their features now live in our own code.
