1. Personalized Products:
- Personalized products, including customized website development, marketing services, and NFC Cards or Stickers with personalized content, cannot be returned or refunded once they have gone into production.
- If you have placed an order for a personalized product but it has not yet gone into production, you may contact us to request a refund. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
2. Non-Personalized Products:
- Non-personalized products, such as standard NFC Cards or Stickers without customized content, may be returned or refunded within 30 days of purchase.
- To be eligible for a refund or return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Please contact us to initiate the return process and receive instructions for returning the product.
3. Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment within 2-7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
- Refunds for personalized products that have not yet gone into production will be issued promptly upon request.
4. Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund.
- We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect to process your request.
